i love this place, no matter wherever the trip is my first stop is this to get a car, variety of choice a lil far away from downtown
While the return attendant was pleasant. The person who reached the car was rude, dismissive and an all around jerk. Was informed they have had many complaints about him but management doesn't listen
In and out of Emerald Aisle at National Car Rental in under 60 seconds. Buses were waiting at the curb.
Shuttle bus service to and from the terminal is good. Never more than a few minute wait in either direction. Ride time is about 7 minutes.
Friendliest staff I've ever encountered!
Biggest misses are the road signs exiting the facility with your rental car to get you to the main roads.
