Showed up late at night with no reservation but Brooke was very helpful. Put me in a nice car at a great price. Budget will now be my 1st choice when traveling to CLE.
Great prices and never a hold up at the counter. Fastbreak is even quicker. Vehicles are always clean and smell great!
Our flight was delayed, and we were concerned about arriving after the place had closed. It was impossible to actually talk to a person on the phone. We called the number provided and only managed to get corporate and they said someone would be here. Upon arrival there was no one there. After calling budget refused to get us a cab or offer a solution. THEY LEFT US STRANDED. on of the worst experiences ever.
Update two weeks after initial review: the price initially quote is the price I paid when I returned the car. I experience NO bait and switch or hidden fees. Thanks Budget and Brooke.
From start to finish, I was very pleased with my experience. The price I was quoted is what I paid, no additional fees or charges. I had to go out of town for a funeral, my rental experience gave me a little peace. I've rented from Budget in the past and as long as the price is right, I will continue to do so. Employees were friendly and very professional.
We had a horrendous trip from Houston to Chicago which was fogged in. Our flight to Cleveland was cancelled. The airport was chaotic and sadly, Southwest Airlines was no help. We got a driver to take us to Cleveland arriving about 2 a.m.. Next day, still cranky, we picked up our car at Budget. Every staff person was helpful, attentive, even sympathetic. We got the car we wanted. We drove away. The whole process took MINUTES. The return was the same. EASY. EXCELLENT.
