When I got there, they didn't have the car they promised, so they immediately gave me an upgrade to a larger vehicle which turned out to be just what I needed for my large family gathering! The entire process was very fast when picking up and dropping off the car. It was a great experience. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Best place to rent when in town! Booked a midsize SUV at incredible rate from my Costco membership for a 3 day weekend. Was upgraded to a specious minivan for 5 of us with a smile. Quick rent, even quicker returns. Thanks Alamo at CLE!!

My wife and I just returned from an 8-day trip to the Cleveland area, Niagra Falls, and the Rochester, NY, area. Our evening pickup in Cleveland was quick and efficient. We were upgraded and then able to choose the car we preferred. It was clean and in great operating condition. We put on a considerable number of miles. Drop-off at the Rochester Airport was extremely easy as well. We'll certainly consider Alamo again when we rent.
