Pretty efficient as rental car services go but you have to plan some extra time for the bus ride to the airport

Center is nice, bus ride to get there takes a few minutes though.
The young woman at budget was perfect in every way. We cannot thank her enough for the attention to detail and her communication.
For a car rental center it's pretty convenient. The shuttle from the airport drops you off at a central entrance where all the rental companies are, and then you through the respective exit to your car. The facilities are nice and modern, with seating areas in the event you have to wait for someone to check-in at the rental car desk. I've been here numerous times and have never had to wait for a shuttle to take me to the airport. There's always 2 or 3 shuttles out front ready to take you to the airport. Only good things to say about this place, and they have a National Emerald aisle, which is my rental option of choice.
