Hope Lodge is a beautiful facility with a truly wonderful staff. It has become our refuge in the midst of the storm. It is as close to home as possible for those from out of town who find themselves needing the expert treatment found here in Cleveland. What a blessing!
A lovely, helpful staff
Wonderfully welcoming staff and a great, supportive community of people. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the only complaint I've heard is that there are no tvs in the rooms. Wi-Fi is available, but very slow and not particularly reliable, but public computers (and printers) are available. There are 5 shared kitchen spaces, lots of little rooms with couches and TVs, free use of laundry machines, and thousands of puzzles. They also have an exercise room with a treadmill, weight machine, and two exercise bikes. A free shuttle takes you back and forth from the Cleveland Clinic out University Hospital, and there is free parking. Arrangements must be made through your care facilitator, but it has really been an amazing blessing.
This place is a blessing from the staff to the patients. No matter what u may be going through this place will lift ur spirits not only does it do that it gave me a different out look on life.
