Dealership Service Department is exceptional. The service technicians are always available when I call (not put on hold). The are polite, professional and very accommodating.
I bought my first Volvo a few years ago and am always delighted to bring it here for service. I think they do a great job and I trust them.

Josh and the rest of the sales team made a very comfortable buying experience for me. No pressure, everything explained clearly. No pressure to "buy now or lose the deal" routine. I'm very sensitive to high pressure sales techniques but there was none of that here. I was greeted when I entered and everything ran smoothly from there. Had I decided to change my mind at any time, I felt completely comfortable to do so. Usually at dealerships, you're ignored or pressured. This was a welcome refreshing change.
The only thing I wish the valet driver would do is return the seat to my setting after he drops the car off.
I walked in on Saturday December 9th at around 2 p.m. I noticed there were three or four salesman in the lobby most for helping someone. Several people walk past me while my wife and I were checking out the new XC60. Interesting,b not a single person said " I'll be with you" or "sorry we're really busy right now but will try to get you and when we can" after about 25 minutes of nothing acknowledged, my wife and I left and will purchase are people elsewhere. It's kind of weird, someone walks in to buy a $60,000 vehicle and no one even acknowledges you.
I usually need a loaner vehicle and the service staff has always come through for me. They pick up my car at the office and return it quickly.
