Airport Mini of Cleveland is a great dealership. They serviced my 2012 Countryman All4 S wonderfully since they opened and then sold me my 2017 2-door Hardtop S. They had EXACTLY the 2017 model, color, and features that what I was looking for and the staff -- particularly Steve Hauke in sales and the manager, Chris -- were patient and great to work with. Very pleased and love my new car. I look forward to many more years of good, honest service with Mini of Cleveland and their sales and service team.
This place is absolutely terrible, coming from former employee and also an almost customer. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER. They have openly stolen money out of customers and employees pockets, as well as stealing cars from under customers to make another sale. Not one person who works/has worked at this place and most customers, can say anything good about Mini. The manager as well as many other employees will treat women based on looks. They will do anything to get/steal your money. Multiple customers have called complaining!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR. Go to classic Mini, not Mini of Cleveland!!
Nice friendly service, always accommodating. Purchased my MINI from this dealership December 2016 and both the sales rep and manager helped me out tremendously with getting exactly what I wanted.
Wow, Previous review with pretty surprising to me. Remarks are quite bad. I bought my 1st Mini 2 years ago here and had no trouble whatsoever. I'm looking to buy a second one here potentially in the next few months. But my experiences here have been nothing but pleasant and kind. That's why I'm coming back here. I live in Canton and what to me here was the good reviews and personally, coming here confirmed what I was reading on Google reviews.
