I got my car from here, customer service is great. They are trying to find a deal that will fit you and your needs. I'm very satisfied with the car services, fast and excellent work. Also you will get unlimited free car wash with a purchase of a car. Although it took me almost all day to buy a car, so be prepared to spend a lot of time there.
I've purchased 3 vehicles from here. A 2012 mazda 2, 2013 madza cx5 and a 2016 cx5. At first the service was good but over time it has declined in my experience. I sit here getting an oil change today Saturday Nov 4th after getting two days (Thursday and Friday) of being put on hold 3-4 times and being told they'd call back Thursday which they never did. When called Friday it was the same issue 4 times put on hold and then they wanted to take the name and number and call back yet again. Well that wasnt happening. People have lives outside of dealing with ignorant people. When I purchased the 2012 Mazda 2 they offered to purchase a package for the tires and rewards package. The few times i had an issue with the tires they gave me the basic bull. They have computers but obviously the staff don't know how to use them because they would tell me the cost of this or that or this isn't covered or blah blah blah. But then they check the computer and magically i have that package so its a game changer. When i would think when they look you up when you stand in front of the service counter to get yoir scheduled maintenance they would have all that info right in front of them.I once had an issue with a tire and the lady said it would cost whatever price and i asked isnt that what i bought this package for? She check the computer and came back with a difference answer which still didnt seem right. So she checked the computer again and all of a sudden she seen something she didnt the first time. The cars are excellent but this location has lost what it had. The only reason I continue to come here is to get the required maintenance so they don't have the opportunity void anything.
Decent price on a decent car, but was missing 3 valve stem caps, guy said he'd put more on, never did. Overall decent experience.

I will never go there again. Went in for financing and after arranging appointment was thoroughly disappointed in the rude sales staff and disrespectful finance officer who also gave me a false credit report. Shady car sales galore at this place. JD Byrider is honestly better.
