We met with David Weaver (Finance Department) and we had another wonderful experience. David was very thorough, organized, and informative. He answered all of our questions and he was very efficient in helping us complete the paperwork process. He explained the optional Lexus protection plans offered in depth and allowed us to make a decision without pushing us into something that we did not want or need (we ended up choosing a protection plan that suited our needs). Before driving the car off the lot, one of the employees thoroughly went over all the features of the car and helped us set up Bluetooth, radio stations, memory seats/preferences, etc.
Oh and I would be remiss not to mention the added bonus where the staff gathered to unveil and present my new shiny vehicle to me...PRICELESS!
I recently was in a pretty traumatic car wreck where my car was totaled. I was under a lot of pressure to replace my car to get back to work and my daily living. Victor at Metro Lexus provided excellent service. He was very accessible, communicative and efficient! One day we were talking, the next day we were driving our new NX home. The rest of the personnel at the dealership were also very friendly and helpful through the entire process! The introduction of the vehicle delivery made us feel very special. It was an excellent touch.

I had the pleasure of doing business with Metro Lexus a couple of weeks ago and I could not be more pleased with my experience or purchase. The folks there are a Class Act...the epitome of professionalism. They are truly committed to delivering exceptional customer service. In all of my years of buying/leasing new cars I have NEVER had an experience like the one I had at Metro Lexus. They take the car buying experience to another level and at the same time make you feel so incredibly comfortable. Their facility offers a coffee bar with lattes & fresh baked cookies, lounge area with TV, sitting area (private & open) and a beautiful fish tank within view. I honestly forgot I was at a car dealership doing a business transaction, I felt more like I was at a high end restaurant (minus the food) hanging out among friends/family.
We had a wonderful experience at the Lexus Metro dealership (December 2017). Our sales associate was Christian Miller. He was very knowledgeable and patient as we asked a myriad of questions to figure out whether leasing or buying was the right choice for us. He was very thorough and honest in his explanation and he provided us with time and space to make a decision that we very happy and comfortable with. He also helped us find a vehicle that best fit our needs. Once we found that vehicle, he worked very hard with Jeff Sustersic to present us with a very good deal. Negotiating the best price/deal was surprisingly painless. After our negotiation, it was late in the day so we made an appointment to come in later that week to finish up the paperwork and to pick up our car. Later in the week, Christian Miller picked up one of us from home as the other came straight from work. We were very impressed with the great service offered by Christian Miller.

Pete Spacagna was my first point of contact and set the tone for what followed. A couple of days prior to me visiting Metro I had reached out to him as well as two other dealerships (different brands) via email. All three dealerships responded back and in a prompt manner BUT I was the most impressed with Pete's response as he was courteous, professional and inviting. For this sole reason I decided to make Lexus my FIRST stop when I set out on my car search adventure that Saturday morning with intentions of visiting the other two dealerships later in the same day. Well needless to say I never made it to the other dealerships. Reason being, there was no need to look any further once I got a taste of Metro Lexus as the SUPERB customer service coupled with the Lexus vehicle I chose BOTH exceeded my expectations! In addition, they do not forget about you after you sign on the dotted line.
