University Hospitals has a communication issue with their primary care physicians. I visited a doctor and was told they accepted my insurance. 6 months later I received a bill for the full amount. They understand they made an error but won't accept responsibility and are holding me financially responsible for their mistake. After weeks of trying to resolve the issue they have been unresponsive at best. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere!!!
I was there today for something and I was amazed how huge it was and when I walked in it smelled really good and it was beaitiful inside
