The resident was extremely rude too. He spoke to me as if I were stupid, and then after he got finished explaining the consent form to me, he looked at me and said " You're just giving me this dumb blank stare," yet he hadn't asked me one question. Metro Health you need to do a better job of hiring people with compassion, and people skills. I left your facility highly insulted, and I will never be back there for another surgery after my last experience.

The doctors there are wonderful, it is sad however, that their nursing staff are so rude, and treat you like you are dirt. I am new with Metro pain management, and was never explained their rules. I have been in pain management with my previous insurance for over 20 years, and was always treated with respect. This office needs to reexamine and hire some nurses who can give people the respect they deserve. It is sad, I had to change Dr's to a different facility, because of the nursing staff.
I recently went there for an outpatient surgery. Although the surgeon was great, the nurse who went into the surgery room with me, as well as the resident from Case Western Reserve University had absolutely no people skills and were extremely rude to me right before I went into surgery. I was having the fourth surgery on my left leg and the rude nurse came into the room making derogatory comments about the scars I had from prior surgeries. She even had the audacity to say "look at all those scars on your leg. Rough childhood?"
Worst experience ever so far had my surgery cancelled twice.
