I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff at Rainbow Vet. The assistants, especially Diane and Brandon, are knowledgeable, patient, and take the time to explain my pets' care needs. All of the assistants are gentle and affectionate to my cat and dog: exactly what they need during a stressful vet visit. Dr. Alcorn always takes her time to complete a thorough physical exam, and I never feel rushed during our appointments. I appreciate that she focuses strongly on preventative care and includes diagnostic screenings for common illnesses in annual exams. She was also very kind and empathetic when delivering palliative care to my previous cat who passed away from cancer. In the past year, I've had two surgeries performed here (spay surgery for my cat, oral surgery for my dog) and I was very impressed by the clear, detailed estimates given for both procedures in advance. Thank you Rainbow Vet for keeping my little fur balls happy and healthy!
