Clean facility, friendly knowledgeable staff. Wish my Dr had the bed side manner Dr Lee had when we visited with Finn! No nonsense, no unneeded procedures. Price can't be beat. They truly have your pets best interest in mind.
3 weeks ago our family cat of 8 years was hit by a car,and his tail had to be amputated. After a failed visit to an ER,Monday morning we took him to Gateway,we waited and when our number was called me and my husband expressed our concern about his injuries. The front desk took this seriously and got a tech,who was such a sweetheart, she took him back immediately and we were brought back to see Dr. Liz, who is absolutely an amazing Doctor and person,she absolutely cares about your pet and the family's that walk through the door. After a few weeks there was no improvement in our Gizzmo's health and ultimately he had to be put to sleep,and we are still extremely heartbroken about this, but even during this tragic situation, this animal clinic has proved to me that they are more than just employees, they are all %100 dedicated to the health of your animals. I love this place,the staff and Dr.Liz❤ I would recommend this wonderful clinic in a heartbeat. Thank you again for all your hard work,compassion and for really being there for our family. We made the right choice by choosing Gateway Animal Clinic

Walk in the door know sooner did i tell them what was happening with my cat.they took him right into the back to check him.not ten minutes later they had me come back so the doctor could talk with me.explained what had to be done.and then then went to take care of the surgery.the payment can't complain at at all about.every staff member was kind and answered any questions i had.thanks to a great staff.if you love your pet.this is the place to go.
I came in Friday morning with my cat (who had a uti) and had a good experience. Everyone there made me feel at home and welcome, and most importantly, shared in my concern for my pet. Dr. Liz was so polite, informative, and efficient! She sent me home with clear instructions for care and warning signs to watch for, as well as some food samples. I'm so glad I came to gateway and have decided to make it my regular vet.
Nice vets, good service, but its a walk in clinic so the wait tends to be long. They have a new pager system that lets you wait in the car and a little pager beeps to let you know your next. Cheapest vet I've been to.
