Sat for over four hours and they didn’t even have any answers just more questions. Bill totaled $359.00. Would give zero stars but there was a few nice people who worked at the front desk.

We brought our cat in because he was bleeding out of nowhere and limping for the last week. Their waiting room is very comfortable and has televisions and vending machines. Yes, the wait is long, but what do you expect, it's a 24/7 emergency vet, your not the only one there with an emergency. They go by most trauma, not first come, first serve. The vet was very knowledgeable and explained what had happened to our kitty. They even clipped his nails, and we didn't have to ask. They did nothing serious without our permission and asked if they could clip the hair on his leg, which made it easier to clean. They assigned him antibiotics and he's already doing better. Thank you, MedVet.

If I could rate this place in the negatives, I would. If you care about your animals, do not EVER bring them here. We brought my dog in because he appeared to be really sick. Not only did we wait 2 hours in the waiting room to be seen, but then waited an addition hour in the doctor's office. When the vet had finally came back to tell us what was wrong, she said that they took x-rays and the condition she believed he had was NOT critical, that he was healthy, and said he was fine to go home. All night, my dog was acting strange-drinking a lot of water, not sleeping, and he tried to walk down the stairs but fell. We chose to ignore this because just a few hours prior, the vet said he was healthy and we trusted her. The next morning he passed. I will never forgive this place for employing an UNEDJUCATED medical staff who are unable to spot something so major as to kill a dog they claimed was "healthy". Do NOT trust this place with your animals. My heart will forever ache and I will never forgive myself for bringing my dog to this clinic.

I was very impressed. They were very compassionate about our situation and went over and above. Dr. Brown was very knowledgeable and understanding. Laurie at the front desk was very kind and patient with us. I would highly recommend. I am very happy with the care that our dog Lilly received.

Brought my dog in after she was attacked by another dog. After 1000$ worth of work they said she would be fine! I asked them to keep her overnight and they refused. After suffering through insurmountable pain she died the next day in my arms. This place will kill your animals!!!!
