STAY AWAY. Fares advertised are grossly under-priced (Their excuse for this in 2017 is that their fares are only refreshed every 2-4 HOURS so the fares advertised are blatantly outdated. Give me a break). When you select one and enter your credit card information it gives you a "pending status". At that time, you will get a call from an agent who will try and sell you a more expensive ticket at a date and/or time different from the one you wanted. Not to mention, the fare they tried to sell me was not even close to the next most fordable flight which I already had pulled up on a different site on my own. I told him his price was not even close to what I needed and I was no longer interested but he kept pushing his sales script so I hung up.
They got me a great deal. I urgently needed a couple of tickets to Dallas due to a family emergency. I checked a few sites and found the lowest fares on Lookupfare.
THEN the little booger CALLED ME BACK to challenge why I hung up on him and called me rude (Which I was, but only because they don't LISTEN and don't even provide a competitive rate and when I said "No thanks" that wasn't good enough). 0.001 out of 10 - Would rather shoot the breeze with Spirit customer service (That's bad)
I have tried contacting them with no response. They sent me an email saying my card was declined...it was not, they promised me the ticket was booked and even provided me with airline confirmation information (which I verified)...they failed to pay airline for the ticket. My son arrives at the airport to go back to school...no ticket was booked. We were forced to buy another ticket...thank god we had the means.
Took my money...did not book my flight. Still have not given us our money back. Take this as a warning...stay away. I have been in contact with police. Scam artists.
Absolutel nightmare. They advertise a low fare then tell you that fare is no longer valid and charge you a higher price. They also advertise that you may cancel within 24hours with no penalty and when I tried to cancel the same day they claimed the airline would only issue me a credit for a future flight. Beware they will try to scam you. Do yourself a favor book directly with the airline. They will also tack on a fee for their service which they don't tell you
When it comes to cheap tickets, Lookupfare is amongst the best websites you can find. My family goes for vacation every year and we surely don’t want to be spending too much on the traveling tickets.
