I wanted to go to either Savannah, GA or Charleston, SC for my birthday. A rep. asked me specifically what I was looking for. After a week or so I hadn't heard from her so I followed up. She told me she was having trouble planning this trip then stopped communicating altogether.
This company is horrible because of their lack of communication. Also they couldn't even plan a trip to Savannah or Charleston.
I contacted Canary via their website to plan a trip to Tokyo in. Someone contacted me and said that it was and said it was too early to book flights for September 2017 so they'd follow up in a few months. No one ever followed up.
I have been use Canary now for 4 yrs and I love them never had a problem with them reading these reviews like
