Lakefront bus has been a no-show to the Rivers Casino 2 Sunday's in a row, 10-2-16 & 10-9-16. The 1st date I was a walk-on and I have to give them the benefit of doubt that it wasn't enough riders to make the trip. But yesterday I had paid in advance and waited for 2 hrs. and 15 minutes before returning home. The communication between Lakefront and it's riders leave much to be desired. It is almost non-existent on the weekends. You call and call and call and call and get nothing but recordings. AFTER going from car to car of waiting "potential " riders, we came up with a number that actually had a real person. Much to our dismay, she knew nothing, could tell us nothing and her only information was that the bus had broke down and would be late...How late? She had no idea. She claimed that she could not contact the driver but how did she know that the bus broke down? Carrier pigeon? Please do not tell people to be there at 9:45 am and at 12:15 you have not arrived? Please give your faithful customers a contact number so they are not standing in parking lots looking for a Lakefront bus coming down the freeway. We deserve better. Not to mention the free play at the casinos that we miss because of your lack of concern due your customers. Granted the 10 of us that we left stranded will not cause you to shut down but repeated occurrences like this, well let's say....strong businesses are built by word of mouth and they are destroyed in the same manner.

I was supposed to get a refund from this company by now. First, I called Lakefront on 03/17/2017 to book the trip to Rivers Casino scheduled for 04/09/2017. I used a credit card to pay for the trip. The 04/09 trip got cancelled, then I rescheduled the same trip for 04/16, then it got cancelled again, and the I rescheduled the same trip for 04/23. I did get to go to Rivers on 04/23 but in order to get on the bus, I had to pay the driver $25 in cash because he somehow did not have my name on his list of passengers. I was also advised by one of the staff members to call Lakefront's office the next day and ask for a refund, which I did. On 04/24, I called and spoke to Ann DeLuca, who told me that I would receive a refund to my credit card since I paid for the same trip twice. So far, I don't see any refund in process when I log into my credit card account online. I emailed Customer Service this morning and it seems like my email got flat out ignored. I'm not sure if there is some extreme kind of disorganization going on here but this is now enough to make me not want to do business with this company again!
