Seems like the waiter forgot about us for a minute. Notso fries were fried harder than usual. Chicken tenders were disgusting and so were BOTH their honey mustard and bar b que sauces that went with them. But I still give it 4 stars because usually I order breakfast and it's usually delicious. However the coffee cups always have a smell to them that makes my stomach turn.
Right place for an early morning breakfast meeting... Centrally located and a decent place to be in. Thought I did see the mayoral candidate..
Though we did not realize that this location closed at 8pm on a Friday night the service definitely reflected. Our server was great and was trying very hard but he could not bring my drink because he was under 21 so the manager needed to bring it. I watched the manager walk back and forth before I sent another waiter to find out the hold up. After which I watched the manager go back to the office and continued to pace, then he goes to make my drink at which point I no longer wanted it. When the food came the only thing that tasted good/right was my son's pancakes. The manager did comp the meal but I would have preferred to just have good service so I didn't have to still turn around to find somewhere to feed my family.

Horrible service. Under staffed. Under trained. Waitress was too immature and not trained properly to handle a busy night. Waited 20 minutes before she came to take our order, waited another hour for our food and then another 20 minutes for the bill (had to flag her down -- she never checked on us after our food came out). She just asked for a credit card without showing me the bill. When I pointed out we needed to leave, she copped an attitude and responded by telling us that "she's been running around all night and is too busy." Yes, servers are busy. That's the job. Most restaurants have figured out how to train their staff accordingly. This one hasn't. A real shame for an otherwise great restaurant.
