Who doesn't like Rally's. They have a great selection to choose from. They have many new special promotions to choose from all the time. The desserts are delicious as well. It's a welcome change to go here and have different tasting fast food from the other major burger chains. Their fries are among my favorite fast food fries. The Big Buford is always a great option to choose on their menu.
Drive-through employees are friendly. My order is correct for the most part. Food doesn't come out more greasy than it should. Make no mistake, though, Rally's fries are greasy! :)
If the staff is untrainable, there's plenty of good people out there who need a job.
My experience at this Rally's location is negative. It's not my first bad experience but this time when placing my order, the employee was rude and seemed like she did not want to be there. The food was okay but not very warm. They mixed up my drinks and didn't give me any napkins.
I would recommend training your staff. The first impression is very important. Make sure your customers get napkins and everything they need before they take off.
Closed before 12:55am when I tried to go through the drive through on 12/19. Online it says they are open until 4am.
