Staff - Our waitress was very attentive, and nice. She had no issues explaining a couple of dishes I inquired on. Unfortunately the staff in the back were not too busy at the time, and were talking and being very loud. It was very unprofessional.
I went their when I was a small baby and the owners remember me a lot and they have Vietnamese food that I eat on my mom's side the family. That's why I love this place

Excellent food. Delicious & family style is reasonable. Good service & clean establishment. Was a nice relaxing dinner & atmosphere.
Food - I got the hunan shrimp and my wife got the orange chicken. The portion was kind of small, for both rice and shrimp. Teeny tiny rubbery overcooked shrimp were scattered on my plate and the veg looked and tasted sad. It just wasn't good. However I did try the orange chicken, and it was excellent. I guess it was just bad luck for me. I took a risk, and it didn't pay off for me. My wife however was quite happy, which in turn makes me happy.
I have been coming here since I was a kid. I'm quite biased on this place. They serve such good food, and the environment is so soothing. The staff are excellent, so polite and always concerned. The food is just rustic to me, and if I ever leave Parma for other state, I will always make time to visit my favorite oriental restaurant when I'm passing through. I'm 35. My grand parents took my dad here. Now I'm taking my own son. It's generation thing. ^.^
Restaurant & Atmosphere - The outside of this place looks deceivingly run down. However when you step inside it's a small but nice clean restaurant. The lighting and the music really give off a nice mood.
Conclusion - 3/5. This place is obviously a hit or miss, and unfortunately the first impressions I got from it were not at all good for my love of shrimp. I wont be returning here. Unless of course the wife would like the chicken again. Also dining in there was nice at first but the staff in the back were just way too loud which in turn is very unprofessional, and rude. Sometimes it got so loud in there that it sounded like we were at a sports bar. The tranquil music being played definitely gets cancelled out from this behavior. I wasn't expecting much out of this place, and I was pretty much right.
Price - Surprisingly not bad. They also have lunch specials that run pretty cheap. You are sure to find something that will fit the bill just fine.
Very good food and service. Nice, clean, family owned restaurant. We've been going for many many years. Super place!
