This is a very large underground parking lot under Willard Park, right across the street from the Convention Center, very convenient... only one problem: the g*ddamn lot is closed on weekends.
Convenient location to park and go to various official locations. The parking rate is very reasonable.
The booth lady was very nice and helpful.
I don't know what brain-dead idiot at City Hall decided that Cleveland needed a Convention Center, but also decided that the parking lot next the convention center should be closed on weekends, but apparently the Cleveland city council is not known for intelligence.
