Absolutely ridiculous!!!
Arrived around 10pm to stay at near by hotel and left at 8:45am the next morning, charged $30. Parking rates posted as $15.00 per night, but the "next day" starts at 3am so your charged 2 days if you park overnight.
Parking rates posted as $15.00 per night, but the "next day" starts at 3AM... so, unless you move your car at 2:59AM or earlier, you get charged for two days when you leave in the morning. This gets expensive, especially if you're staying in town for a few days. Next time, I will likely use my hotel's valet service, as it costs the same. Frankly, I'd prefer to use the garage, but I don't like giving my money to places that try to rip me off through "creative" pricing.
Had to pay on thanksgiving for 2 hours when almost no one was in the garage, just to do volunteer work next door
Park at your own risk!!!! My friend and I were walking in from the Euclid side after an event. We almost got taken out by a valet driver who cut around the line of cars waiting to get out through the Superior side exits and he then sped out Entrance only gate on the Euclid side. THEN, as we were almost to the gate in my car, another valet driver came flying out of one of the center cutthroughs and almost took out the front of my car, sped up to the gate and almost took out another car that the attendant was telling to pull into his lane. Attendant made paying customer back up and then he let the valet driver out. NOT A SAFE PLACE TO PARK!!!!! If I were you, I would never use that valet service either.
Used this garage for lunch. Went to the machine to pay on my way back. Machine was out of cash and printed an IOU. It was a hassle to meet up with the manager/owner of the garage who was only available at certain times of the day during work hours to get my change. The pay process at this garage sucks. Would rather park elsewhere and walk an extra 3 minutes.
