Slow shuttle. Save a few dollars and wait forever. If you arrive back in Cleveland late at night, bring a sleeping bag. You will wait... and wait... and wait........ The other parking shuttles will come and go while you wait... and wait... and wait......
Lowest cost parking, efficient shuttle but lot surface is in bad condition.
Safe and reasonable parking fee. Shuttle drivers don't get up off the driver's seat to help with bags which was rude. Everyother company shuttle helps.
Bad place. The lot itself your regular attended parking lot. This is supposed to be the lot for car rentals and it's very close to the rental center. However there is no direct shuttle that connects the parking lot to the car rental center! You have to take the shuttle from the brown lot to the airport terminal then take the rental car shuttle from there! Not stupid. Especially that the shuttle passes by the brown lot bit doesn't stop. Really would hope they do something about that because as it stands today, it's super dumb
The brown lot is the best way to go at Cleveland Hopkins International. It’s about a 4 minute drive to the airport. It’s also the cheapest option. Our driver
was very helpful getting our bags loaded and helping my frail mother get in the shuttle safely.
