The service at Park 'N Fly Cleveland is great! Our car battery was dead when we returned home due to leaving an interior light on. We walked to the front attendant and she called a bus immediately to pick us up and jump start our vehicle. She even provided water bottles as we waited for a minute. The driver was courteous and quickly resolved the problem. We will continue to use Park 'N Fly Cleveland as our sole vendor going forward based on this experience. Thank you!
Extremely fast service. Friendly drivers. Reasonable rates. Zero wait when I parked, and the shuttle was at the airport within a reasonable time at the pickup point. Lot was well-lit at night and felt safe.
The ability to park my car for a reasonable price, plus the shuttle that takes you from your car makes it a great value for anyone who needs to fly.
