It is within walking distance of most of the stores and CWRU Weatherhead and Mandel schools.
They also paint it and make it look nice. Parking on the roof is worth it as you get an awesome view.
Its only ever been full once when I have gone. Parking can get quite busy around here so its a good place to plan on parking. Also CWRU do issue tickets on the local area so street parking isn't the best idea.
I park here often. Its pretty good. It has an elevator should you need it and is staffed whenever I go. There are a few abandoned cars in the lot but no crime or any hazards I've ever seen. Feels very safe. I would say that its one of the better parking lots around. It can be a little expensive, but is max $10, so fairly reasonable. The machine at the exit can be a challenge but you become accustomed to it. All in all a pleasant parking experience.
The entrance is tricky and there are not many signs inside, so it is difficult to get oriented. It is also pricier than parking at the street.
Very tight spaces, and despite accepting credit cards they don't take AMEX.:(
