Advertised as $15 parking for Indians game but then requested $10 more before we were able to exit. Falsely advertised. Poor customer service too.
Worst parking attendee ever. I have parked here for 3 years because of my job. The employees here are worthless!!!! Mean and rude! All the time!!!!!! If you ever come downtown Cleveland park elsewhere
