Finally, Even after the interview and after receiving the approval we had a LOT of questions, We sent her e-mails every time we had questions..Sometimes Weird questions with simple answers...And she responded every time...

To be honest, this office was a part of a big change in our life, and I was thinking about it the other day and said " Those people DESERVE a review since it's the only real way to say thank you" .. Our case was not complicated but not simple as well.. Erin helped us through the whole process..We scheduled an appointment and went there for a free consultation... Asked all KINDS of questions and she answered every single one of them...Then we went back to fill out the paperwork and they offered us a payment plan that was convenient...The day of the interview she made sure we were comfortable and not nervous...One more important thing : I know people and met a lot of them here and there...And I can tell you she will never judge you or make you uncomfortable.
