Waited an exceedingly long time for the initial consultation. As this firm was recommended by a couple of people, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back to sign the contract. Waited over an hour for someone to talk to us. They may be good at what they do but if you want to be treated like a human, go elsewhere
My initial experience was disappointing to say the least. There's no way I'd work with this office. I had a 9am consultation and 10am came without so much as a word from the staff. Not to offer coffee, assurance or anything. When I stepped out of the office (I'd been ushered into upon arrival) I was beyond aggravated. The receptionist tells me it could be another half hour wait, I could reschedule...Unbelievable. I understand, I am a professional as well, sometimes we get behind with clients, but the courteous thing to do is communicate. If I had known that I'd wait an hour and a half I would have come at a later time. Very unprofessional service which ruins the credibility of an otherwise reputable attorney.
I have had a very long journey through my immigration case. I hired Margaret Wong's firm in 2011 (about 1/2 way through my journey) and finally, through the tireless work of Scott Bratton , Albion and everyone else at the firm, my case was finally won! I am 100% satisfied & pleased with the entire process with Scott & Albion. They always answered my questions, kept me informed of options and changes and updates. Scott is the best Immigration Attorney, period!
