wonderful people and they do an absolutely amazing job detailing and washing your car
After more than thirty minutes, the crew working on the automation system kinda-sorta gets things going after a series of starting and stopping the line. To my content though, I did enjoy a bit of entertainment by watching some of the younger employees box with one another before eating pizza from little caesars... My jeep comes out and the boys go to give her the final wipe down. As they turn over my dried-soap covered jeep, I notice that the tint to the drivers window is clearly damaged in four spots. I point the dried-on soap and damaged tint out to the employee who reluctantly agrees to send my jeep back through the wash, yet absolves himself and any other employee of having jacked up my tint.
The jeep goes through the wash again, and by the time it comes out, the owner of the shop looks at my window and tells me that the damage wasn't caused by his shop. Him and I go back and forth and back and forth, and if there's one thing he made clear - it's that the customer is definitely not right. Also, it's nothing other than an act of god that caused the automation system to fail... certainly not shoddy equipment and/or a lousy (if any) maintenance schedule.
Took my Jeep here and it was in and out and in and out and only slightly damaged in only one hour.
The car wash broke down with my jeep inside. After watching the employees fiddle-f%#k with the automation system for about twenty minutes, I asked the cashier inside if there was an ETA on getting things moving along and she told me that I would have to speak with the manager. I asked who that was, and she said that "it's one of the guys out there" while pointing through the glass beside her and into the circa-1960's car wash bay. I then asked everybody who the manager was until I actually got to the him.
I have used them several times on my new vehicle. The results were adequate at best. Sure the car is clean but inside door frames left dripping, water still beaded many places on the exterior and hatch back was also dripping. When you pay $23 for a Supreme package it would be nice if they finished the job. Some of the employees are good (there is a woman on the exterior team and she is very conscientious). Oh and before you judge me, I always leave a $5 tip. Just wish I would get consistent service. Think I will try a hand wash service down the street next time.
They have a deal for $20 a month you get your car washed I figure out do it through the winter and then cancel it in the spring
If you're looking to add a bit of stress to your day, I can not recommend this establishment enough.
This company has always ran a pretty subpar carwash. I've learned that you can't trust there interior cleaning services, you'll end up disappointed. They did however start a pretty good unlimited carwash monthly deal. I was moderately happy untill i noticed how rude some of these employees have become. A few of these workers might not be cut out for the job now that they have all this new traffic.
