This car wash is not spectacular enough for me to sidestep the fact that they close whenever they feel the weather is bad. Considering it hadn't rained for hours I can see future problems continuing a monthly membership. My car is used for business clients and is cleaned frequently. With gas prices so high I'm not interested in wasting gas driving to Carriage Auto Wash only to find them closed. Considering it wasn't raining the day I arrived to find them closed there's not even a good way to gauge their hours.
One of the things I really like is that it's all automated. A scanner reads a tag in my windshield and I can pull right through without ever rolling down my window or hanging half way out to reach buttons. This part is super convenient when the weather is bad.
They like to randomly charge my checking account and twice a month at that which is pissing me off! I suggest that everyone checks on that! Make sure they aren't robbing ya
Within a week of purchasing their monthly car wash plan I arrived during business hours to find they're closed. I happened to see a worker cleaning inside the car wash who said they close when it rains or when they feel the weather is bad so they can do maintenance. It wasn't raining and hadn't been for quite some time. If they want to do maintenance they should do that on their time; after all they do close early compared to most car washes.
The wash comes out overall really well, but my side mirrors are often missed and left a bit dirty. This isn't a deal breaker for me but it is a bit annoying.
Overall, nice place. Decent wash.
Undeniably the best car wash service I have come across. I live in Avon and work in downtown Cleveland, but I commute just for this wash. The management staff of Eric and his right hand guys Brandon and Josh truly bend over backwards for the customer. 10/10 recommend.
I find the unlimited plan to be convenient but it's noteworthy that it's not completely unlimited - I've been unable to wash twice in the same day. When I asked about it they were nice and accommodating. If you get more than a couple washes in a month the price is well worth it for the plan.
This place is absolutely amazing$20 a month gets you unlimited car washes and they have the free vacuums for your Matt's and interior and they even offer the free vacuums if you are not a customer of the car wash service. I signed up for the $20 unlimited car washes and I washed my car every single day and only was charged $20 plus tax amazing I highly recommended especially for the winter months
Additionally I'm paying for my car to be washed not for them to wash their car wash. I cannot imagine how often they must be closed in the spring or winter; so therefore this probably wouldn't be the place to get a monthly "unlimited" plan. I asked the worker when they would reopen to which he responded he had no idea.
