I took my GMC Yukon through their wash and our vehicle came off the track. We were stuck and honking our horn for more than 7 minutes before anyone noticed anything was awry. We had to DRIVE ourselves back onto the track. Then, when we asked for a refund, we were denied. We were also blamed for the malfunction of their track. The exact reply was, "your tires must be bad". I have 4 brand new tires on my truck! This was my first time visiting this wash and I never will again.
I always Come here rather it is to wash my car or use the vacuums. Great place and i would recommend.
The car was was good yes, but if I'm going to pay $12 for a car wash I should at least get a free vacuum service.
