I'm beyond disappointed with the care that I received. They are exceptionally unorganized and the resident that I saw was quite rude and presumptuous. I had a wisdom tooth extraction. and thank God I didnt get the two out that were recommended. Not only did i receive no followup instructions, (numbers, bag with anything I may need-I had to buy my own gauze ) but I had issues within the first 24 hours. I DO NOT handle dentists visits well, I have terrible anxiety when it comes to dental work. After the extraction, i noticed I got very dizzy and blurred vision. Naturally I became anxious and instead of getting help I was gawked at by many and told to sit down. When the pain i had was not responding well to the medication provided I called and requested an antibiotic and told them I thought there was an issue. The resident on call told me to come to the ER which i did, but he refused to write an antibiotic, and instead suggested numbing my face. After my experience to be honest I didnt want them to do anything more to me. THe next day once again I called to tell them I really felt there was an issue, and again I was ignored and told that It shouldn't hurt, that it was too soon to know if there was an infection or dry socket. I ended up back in the ER where the doctor informed me the resident had placed very negative notes in my record. I had someone who works in the field call and attempt to figure out what the issue was about getting an antibiotic and the resident mentioned "narcotics" and "pain medication" SEVERAL times, even though I never asked them for anything like that. I was even told if i didnt like the care i was getting, I could go somewhere else. These people are so obsessed with drug seekers they missed an infection that I do have as well as dry socket confirmed this morning when I saw more qualified and caring dentists. I also found out my sinus cavity had been disrupted AND a piece of my wisdom tooth was left in the socket. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE who is sensitive to infections or pain after extractions. These people literally do not care and will only accuse you of trying to get pain medicine even when you're simply asking for an antibiotic. I'm sure there are some decent residents, but I have yet to run into any. I have hypertension and they didnt even bother to get my blood pressure before the extraction! Crazy!

If you have very little money and even less concern for your teeth and gums, this is the place for you! While there must be competence and concern lurking somewhere in this behemoth, I have not yet been privileged to discover it. Family pressures doomed me to switching from a top-notch oral surgeon to this graveyard of hope. I began my quest to be seen more than a year ago. My treatment is scheduled to begin today--after three "consultations" that were just excuses to repeat x-rays already done, lose ALL of the information that my referring dentist REPEATEDLY sent, wasting full days of my time for a brief "yeah, well, your dentist has to tell us the program" (at full charge), failing to return calls--God forbid you could reach a human by telephone, so the promise is that you will be called back, and treated with an infuriating mixture of condescension, discourtesy, and apathy. "I'm sorry that you are upset," I was told when I complained that, despite past visits (somehow not recorded) and unnecessary "preparatory procedures," an appointment could not be set to address my ever-worsening dental issues. Because of the "can't be bothered" philosophy that is apparently this institution's motto, I have incurred much extra expense as temporary measures--often emergency measures--had to be undertaken by dentists who knew what they were doing and were willing to do it. In other words, even the ONE supposed advantage of this School of Ineptness--that the patient can save money--has proved a laughable falsehood. Need treatment and have a limited budget? Take a loan if you value your dental health. DO NOT COME HERE. I only wish that I could give less than no stars. (I really hate this place and truly dislike the pompous know-nothing students it has been my misfortune to have inflicted on me.)

They are very polite and patient. Made sure I was comfortable at all times and made sure I was ok through out the whole process. They even called be after to check up on me

Let me begin by saying first, if you are planning to be treated here, stay away from resident named Dr. Hussam. I would not give any star at all if I could. I and my friend, both of us had a horrible experience here. let me begin explaining the torturous experience in the name of dental care that we had to go through. Dr. Hussam (the resident) who did the dental exam for me, poked me so badly with the probe that my gums were bleeding and two of them were inflamed after the pocket test he did with the horrible probe. He then did the x-rays, this was even more painful than the deep pocket test. I was crying with pain, because of the x-ray probe poking into my soft palate, tongue and the gums, but to my surprise the resident dentist rudely blamed it on me saying I am too sensitive and carried on the process. He took at least a 15 images, which I believe are totally unnecessary. I could not eat anything solid for a week due to the injuries he caused me while taking the x-ray. I had no clue how its done, and he kept saying its normal, when I had the dental exam done at the other dentist I realized how horrible of a dentist the resident was. He was very inexperienced but acted as an expert.

if you are having a lot of work done, do yourself a favor. Sell -EVERYTHING YOU OWN because you are going to be making DOZENS of trips back and forth. Gas, Parking, Missed time from work, in the end will cost you the same amount of money if you had gone to a REAL dentist in the first place, but with probably only 3-4 trips instead of the MONTHS AND MONTHS of driving up there. Would you’re employer tolerate it ? I think not. Can your car even handle the abuse?
