Very helpful nice guy, I went to another shop first he said I need a whole new brake system for $$$. This guy fixed it in two minutes and didn't charge, so I bought an insulated bottle just to say thanks.
Got my bottom bracket replaced, my gears tuned, and a shifter cable replaced. They were super quick, and got it all done on a sunday afternoon. Then, on top of a that, after some clicking hadn't gone away they figured out it was faulty pedals and replaced them with a pair they had lying around for free. my bike works perfectly now, super smooth, so much thanks to the wonderful service provided here. would come here again with any issue. thanks again!!!
These guys were awesome! I stopped by at 6:45 because I picked up a flat while riding home. The customer service was great. They had me on my way in 10 minutes. Very reasonable prices, too.
My favorite bike store in the Cleveland area. Fantastic workers always take care of me offering multiple different ways to fix my bike depending on price point and performance. I stopped in 5 minutes before closing to have them look at a problem, they stayed until it was fixed making sure I would get home safely. Both East and West side locations are great. Highly recommend
