Really wish there were a zero star option. Ordered a taxi the night before for 8:15 a.m., they called at 8:18 and said they still did not have a driver. Called back at 8:30 still no driver, 8:40, no driver, 8:45, no driver, 8:50, no driver, 8:55, no driver, 9:00, no driver and made other plans. Do not use this asinine company.
Should be a zero star option. Scheduled a full sized van to pick me and my family up at the airport and they sent a car too small to accommodate us. When I informed the driver, he just rolled up his window and drove off. When I then spoke to the dispatcher, she said she would find a van and would call me back in a minute. 40 minutes later they call and ask if I'm still waiting. Its also clear they are using an uninformed outside call center to take their calls. When I originally booked the van the call center agent read her script directions to me. She said "inform passenger to go to carousel 6..." What a joke of a company.
Uber or left. Please take a look at reviews.. Horrible company... over 2.50 per mile plus a pick up fee..Uber is .97 since per mile.. You do the math.,and they are on time..
I should have read the reviews before booking a ride with Ace. The only reason I didn't uber was that I was unsure I would be able to get a ride to the airport at 5:45 in the morning. I booked a ride with Ace the night before, and to my surprise in the morning, the taxi wasn't there. I call the driver 10 minutes later, and was told he would be there in 15 to 20 minutes. At that point I canceled the taxi and had to drive myself to the airport. To be honest, I fully expect to have to dispute charges on my card for the canceled ride. Buyer beware
They have the rudest taxi drivers ! The one who drive taxi 2030 is the worst! He yells and screams at everyone. If you try to call and complain, forget about it. You can not get threw and talk to a manager. Just lyft or uber.
