After today’s move I would highly recommend leaders and will use them again. Candace was wonderful with the quote and very helpful answering all my questions. Very reasonably priced. Shawn and Detwon were very fast and efficient and helped set up everything for me in my new apartment. They were also right on time. They were really great guys. Great experience 10/10.
I had used another company 2 weeks prior that was absolutely horrible who moved slowly or stood around, banged around my items, crushed boxes, lost hardware to my furniture sets, didn’t bring any tools, and dropped a dresser down a flight of stairs.
We hired Leaders a few months ago to do a quick move across town. They were very professional, friendly, efficient, and priced reasonably. We called kind of last minute, but they were able to squeeze us in anyway. The whole move took a little less than two hours. We will hire them again when we move in the future.
My moving crew from Leaders Moving and Storage Co. was Kevin and Ray. I could not ask for two better individuals....they were professional, courteous, and just genuine good guys. They were on time, efficient, placed everything where I wanted it and took care of everything as if it was their own. It was a snowy day and they made every effort to make sure they didn't drag and snow into either unit...they laid the ground work perfectly, plus padding the door way to protect from scuffs. I would highly recommend these two young men and was very pleased how they went above and beyond to make sure, I the customer was happy on a very stressful day. I would hire them again and specific ask for those two gentlemen. They are an asset to your company. Thank you Kevin and Ray!
We really enjoyed the flat rate vs hourly billing model, and felt it was reasonable and it was nice knowing the price ahead of time.
We even got our boxes from them, and they have a recycling program where you can get most of your money back when you return them.

*NOTE: Leaders pricing is very competitive - my bill for yesterday’s move was 25% less than the total bill from the competitor. When I compare the quality and quantity of work the Leaders team performed - the value was easily 4x what I received from a competitor.

Leaders’ 4-man crew did TRIPLE the work of that other company’s 4-man crew I had hired two weeks earlier. It was like night and day. They showed up on time, ready to work, fully prepared with plenty of pads and tools, and lots of energy. They worked very hard. I couldn’t have been happier.
