What one answers? No, not again? Correct?
We have used Wayne's service, but once I had a pair of expensive pants pressed badly (damaged), I stopped by with a question, if they knew how to press the wool fabric pants. Wayne looked and asked, if I want my pants pressed again, but the rest will be the same. You gotta be kidding me, I thought.

Anyone can wash and press the shirt, obviously not everyone is equipped to press the quality pants. Say 150 dollar kind.
