Sherron and staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Can't imagine going anywhere else!
They lost a part of my coat and three weeks after submitting my claim I still don't have a check to repay me for it. I've had to call and leave messages throughout this whole ordeal only to never be called back, and have to call again. I'm at the end of my rope and definitely have used DO Summers for the last time!
I have never used the dry cleaning service, only the vacuums to clean out my car. Whenever I have gone inside though - for change, restroom, etc. - the employees were well accommodating to requests I had and were overall pleasant.
Used them once. One pair of pants wasn't done well but the biggest problem for me they couldn't put my name right into their system even tho I gave them my ID.
I am a loyal customer of the D.O. Summers in Mayfield Village. Sherron and Tiffany are fantastic and I always receive exceptional service. They do a great job and I highly recommend them!
