Never return you calls; never answer the phones; never never land. . . . . I had a crown put back on, it fell off three weeks later. I had a cap put back on and it is so lop-sided, they never checked my bite. my bite is so far off that I am nipping my tongue. I will have to finance this dental work elsewhere. For months they won't even return my calls to talk about the problem. You would probably get better service in the Russian gulag. They told my wife she had 17 cavities. She went elsewhere and was told she had 2. Never ever go here!
I signed up to outpatient treatment. The first session I was told, by Ms. Shelia that I was not in the class I signed up for, I was in her class. I talked to my doctor who is not affiliated with the free clinic, and he called and got me put in the class that I signed up for. The next class I went to Ms. Shelia called me over and basically told me that I shouldn't be taking the medication that I'm on. I was extremely upset because, I wasn't there to discuss my medication. I called my doctor and he told me to just bear with it. I did, and I actually started to like the class I was in, with Mr Willie, Sam, Mike and Mark. They were all very professional and excellent in group. I went on a Thursday and we did my first uds there. Ms. Shelia was of course doing it. I had just taken one the day before at my doctors office, and it was negative for all substances. Ms. Shelia told me that I was positive for Marijuana. Mind you I hadn't smoked since I was a teenager and am now in my 40's. I asked her to give me another test, she would not do it. It's a dip stick tests, and those things have a high percentage of false positive readings. I basically flipped and I was done. I walked out and immediately called my doctor, who called me down. He told me to go into his office and take a drug screen first thing the following morning. I did, and it came up NEGATIVE for all substances. There are many people in this program that are on probation and that test could affect someone's life. Thank God that I wasn't, and that I didn't have to deal with the disrespect of Ms. Shelia anymore. If you are thinking of going to IOP , I would find another place until she's gone. She's very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I proved to myself what I already knew, that I'm sober, and still sober today. That could of really sent someone else down a negative path. Luckily, I have a strong support system. If you are on probation and you get a false positive uds from there, please contact me and I will help you prove that thier test is wrong. If your not on probation, please try to find another IOP.
I can't even reach this clinic by phone during their hours of business. Their answering tone says "we cannot take your call" in English and then again in Spanish and then just hangs up. How on earth can I even make an appointment?
i had an ok experience. Everyone was very nice and somewhat professional. There wasnt hardly anyone there when i got there, and still had to wait an hour before i was called back into the room tho. After that everything went fast. Ive gotten thru on the phone everytime i called so far. The wait was only thing i really didnt care for. Couldnt imagine if it was busy...omg.
I had an amazing experience here! Everyone was very friendly & helpful! The whole staff was friendly & helpful! They answered all of my questions & went over & beyond what i was expecting to happen when i walked in! I came here based off a friends recommendation & i will pay it forward & will pass the recommendation on cause they are amazing!
