After being treated like garbage at previous clinics, relapsing, and hitting rock bottom, I was fortunate enough to stumble across Peak Health via sheer luck. The Doctor, and nurses are amazing. I have been going to Peak once a week for over two years now. Not once have I been treated poorly, or had to wait an extended period of time for my appointment. Honestly they are the most kind, courteous, and helpful group of practitioners I have ever encountered. if you are serious about your recovery then you would be hard pressed to find a better facility. They will work with you every step of the way because they genuinely care. They literally saved my life.

Basically drug dealers. Took my cash for years. Denied me a prescription for years because they "only had a few to give". One day a brand new female client received a prescription, I asked why she got one immediately when ive been asking for 2 years. The head nurse Jackie said "she's a single mom, she needs it", Jackie full well knew that i myself was a SINGLE parent if FOUR. So i paid cash for years. Some days if a client earlier in the day aggravated the nurses they would treat me like scum, or make ne sit and wait for hours. Their "medical procedure " consists of taking your blood pressure then selling you subs at whatever the current street price is. The worse though was this; One day i went in for my medication, a man at the door told me they were closed. I thought he was kidding and laughed him off. He opened the door to show me a half a dozen men in DEA jackets. I got booted because apparently i was a patient if some ghost partner in Pennsylvania. Even though the only doctor i ever saw was Richard Defranco. I never heard of or saw this other doctor ever. Defranco was seeing his patients. All of that doctors patients got kicked out and the "ghost" partner/ doctor "retired. Not only was it sh!tty on their part, but sometime during my time with them the commited fraud and switched me from Dr DeFranco to the Ghost. Because i know for a fact that i filled out paperwork specifically with DeFranco's name on it. It is a criminal enterprise. Im shocked that Dr DeFranco didnt go to jail that day. I know he thanks his lucky stars that his Ghost partner took the heat. The head nurse Jackie is a master at manipulating people and paperwork to keep the business running. I highly recommend not going to Peak Health service because i can almost garuntee they will be shut down and prosecuted at some point and you will stuck with no meds, no doctor, and eventually withdrawaling from suboxone which is horrible. Find another doctor, and best of luck to you.... Persevere....Persevere...
I've been going there almost 10 years and Jackie is absolute the best. She got me right when I called 9 years ago and has been a blessing since. The doc is great to talk to he understands and always gives great advice. This place saved my life in Oct. It will be 10 years. Jackie feels like family to me now. Oh and finally they found a great nurse Denise. So if your looking for a great place they really the best.
