They didn't have what I needed but they have great service. Everyone says Hello and ask if I need help. When the girl I talked to mention they don't have the product she did suggestion the most likely location.

It's a real treasure to have this store in the neighborhood. The staff is helpful and willing to assist with their expertise when it comes to completing projects. Torch is everything that's right about a neighborhood hardware store, and reminds me of what's wrong with big orange and blue stores.
Everyone there is so helpful and I have been able to find products at Torch that Home Depot doesn't carry.
