Last year I entrusted my Mother's final arrangements to Ms. Lisa Taylor and E.F. Boyd & Son Funeral Home on Emery Road. My Mom Transitioned after a long illness and several months in the hospital. Her illness had really taken a toll. Lisa asked for a picture and I am pleased to say they did a great job. My Mom was beautiful and she looked like she was at rest peacefully asleep which was a great comfort to our family. Lisa and her staff were kind, gentle, caring and professional.
They started out friendly and concerned but after services and SIX MONTHS later they claimed they never received payment from the insurance company. So they expect my family to pay for their mistake of not sending out the invoice to the insurance company. Over 8,000 thousand in cost.
