The director (and all staff) were beyond accommodating and kind. Every little request from adjusting the temperature, to moving little tables- they handled with a helpful smile. Everything was clean and neat. The escort to the cemetery was efficient and helpful. They treated us with so much kindness and care. The director ran things so smoothly and was so sweet. It was a very nice experience on such a hard day.
