Called Filer’s Florist to order a funeral arrangement just prior to them closing. In less than an hour the flowers where delivered to the funeral home, and by several accounts, the arrangement was spectacular.

I first chose this florist a year ago based on location alone (it was near the hospital where my friend was) and asked for something "different and exotic." They created a beautiful piece in the $50 price range that was praised far and wide! Today, a year later, I wanted to send an arrangement to relatives in downtown Cleveland, not particularly close to this business, but the nearby florists seemed to offer only the standard "FTD" type arrangements, so I called the folks at Filer's. (I am in Vermont and have never been there.) I told them I would like a tropical arrangement along the line of an item listed on their site under "modern" (birds of paradise, etc.) but said it didn't need to be the same and in fact I would love it if they would do something different -- better! -- in the $70 price range. I also needed it delivered in downtown Cleveland before 4 pm. Around 1:30 I got a message from the recipient along with a pic of the arrangement -- it was spectacular! Absolutely gorgeous and creative. Thank you, guys!
