Awful place...BEWARE! An establishment is only as good as the people who represent them. Do not seek counseling here. Patient information is not private! Office is run horribly; do not return phone calls, have an extreme lack of empathy, do not communicate with counselors and physicians, and are repeatedly rude as if one is putting them out when they finally decide to speak to you. HORRIBLE PLACE to seek help during the most vulnerable times in someones life, so please think twice before seeking help here.
Great place. Be been going here for years. I always leave a message and they get right back to me to book appointments. I do understand that one person can't answer phones, check in patients and take payments all at the same time. I am also self pay and I think their rates are a great value. I've never been with out meds. The one time my appointment would be after my meds would run out. I left them a message. They called me back and my doctor called in a prescription.
this is an awesome place to get help. i can't begin to tell you how much they helped my family. it would fill the pages. would highly recommend them to anyone in need.
This place is horrible. I call everday at least three times a day and no one ever answers the phone. The doctors are never there and I've been w/o my medicines for a week now.
