This was one of the worst experiences of customer service I have ever dealt with in my life after owning my own restaurant for many many years it is number one on my list. You can ask anyone I am one of the nicest people on The planet. The two people that I delt with just trying to get a basic tuneup for my bikes were not only less than professional just downright mean. I would not recommend them to anyone. What makes it even more of a disheartening thing is that I heard about them through somebody and just happen to be driving by and was excited to see what they could do. Perhaps buy a mountain bike. It's definitely not the way that you create more business. From one business owner to another you should probably change your attitude and learn how to deal with people.
