Worst experience ever anywhere. Went there with a group of friends for his birthday. We found a table and put them together to accommodate our group. The “manager” cierra became enraged because we moved a table. When we asked what had went wrong she proceeded to kick everyone out. She called for security when questioned about why she was yelling and swearing at us like we were being out of control. This was the first stop of the night so that wasn’t a possibility. The entire security team, door girl and , wait staff agreed she was wrong and out of control. They said that she handled that incorrectly and she does this often and flys off the handle, and encouraged us to write reviews and call in about her. After all this she kicked us out after being there for about 20 minutes. I will never go back!!!!!!
The atmosphere is really fun and the performances were awesome. Service was excellent. It was quite loud and on Saturdays is gets super crowded. But it's really entertaining.
Fun atmosphere, engaging entertainment. Would have given 5 stars if the sun coming thru the windows wasn't so bright.
Tonight a group of my friends (party of 11) drove an hour to Cleveland for a nice dinner and to come to Big Bang for some after dinner drinks. We paid $6 each cover to get in and walked up to the bar and ordered drinks as all the tables were full and the place was packed. About 20 mins into our visit a party left and a few of the guys with my group jumped up and ran over to push the tables together so we could all sit and enjoy. We all sat down and not even two mins later a waitress walked by us and rudely shouted something about the tables and kept walking. All of us kind of looked at each other confused and didn’t know what she said as she shouted it up in passing and it’s piano bar with loud music and socializing. It sounded like she asked us to maybe separate the tables so we pulled them apart. We could see her standing at the corner of the bar continuing to point at us and give us nasty looks and then she called security over. I got up and went over to her. I said “ma’m I’m sorry but no one has any idea what you yelled at us about the tables. I said if you needed us to move or do something all you had to do was explain and ask us nicely”. I said “I’m six months pregnant and needed to sit”. She looked me up and down like I was trash and responded “good for me” that I was pregnant. And said we needed to move the tables back the way they were. I said ok that’s perfectly fine there is no need to stand here in the corner and point and give us nasty looks for no real reason. She said “that’s fine I’m the manager you you can get out”. I laughed and said “wow, ok then I’d like the money I paid for the covers back as I have been here for maybe 20 mins at this point”. She continued to yell and pop off and get extremely heated again for no real reason. The rest of my group jumped up to come over and see what was going on. It got completely out of hand then. She was screaming and yelling for security like we were some wild and crazy animals when all we were trying to do was have a good time and figure out what the apparent problem was. She even commented “that girl shouldn’t be in a bar if she’s pregnant!”. I was disgusted and grabbed my things and headed to the door. I spoke to the girl collecting covers and told her what happened. She apologized and said that was the manager Cierra and she rolled her eyes and said “she’s a real hot head”. I said “well I’d like my money back”. She called Cierra over and told her what I said. Cierra proceeded to open the register drawer and give me $6. I said no ma’m you can verify with this young lady at the door I paid for 3 covers. She rudely continued to wave at me and say “bye” over and over. The girl confirmed that, that was true and i paid for 3 covers. She rolled her eyes and punched the register open again and threw $12 more dollars at me. I told her she really belonged repaying my entire group their covers because the entire situation was ridiculous. She continued to say she “didn’t care” and wave “bye”. Another friend in my group Danielle came in and asked for her cover money back too. She refused. Danielle said ok can i have a phone number or something to call and complain because this is absolutely ridiculous. She continued to wave “bye” and told her to “google” the number. Security was pushing us out the door so we decided to just leave. Security followed us out apologizing and saying that she was being completely out of line and told us her name was Cierra. They encouraged us to leave a negative Facebook review and call and complain. It’s pretty evident they have dealt with this woman’s “outbursts” before. Needless to say we will NEVER return to this bar or give them a dime of our business EVER again. And I HIGHLY encourage others not to.
Talented musicians, friendly staff. Expect to see close to zero diversity and a group of drunk girls dancing on stage to every song. $5 cover on a Fri night (not sure it was worth it). Tall Draft beer for $8.50. We were a group of 6 and found a table pretty quickly at around 10pm. Paid $1 with every song request, we probably heard 7/10 played.
