This spa is amazing!! I love that they partner with the gym so I can get babysitting while I get pampered!
I went to hot box couple days ago for the first time. The girl at the desk Katherine or Caroline ,don't remember her name for sure,was very friendly and helpful, spent a lot of time with me,gave me a tour and answered at all my questions. The place has like 5 or 6 different rooms: w/different massage chairs,tan room, room for whitening teeth...Every room has a button,that you can press if you need help or don't like something. It's important to know, that each room has bathrobes,and they do have blankets, that you can use if you are cold! I liked the most- workout in hot box,I choose a core workout.Liked it so much,that didnot want to leave the sauna..room.The temperature was very comfortable, 122F, for me was much easier to exercise in this sauna,then in cold freezing gym.For sure I will be back for that!!!You can buy membership or get a package deal.I probably will choose a package deal since I travel a lot,but if you get membership-its cheaper cheaper.
Stephanie and her team are the BEST! Super helpful and professional. They are also very knowledgeable about health and wellness as a whole. I lead a very active lifestyle, go to the gym regularly and would consider myself a healthy person. After talking about my goals they provided some valuable tips and suggestions that I had never thought of considering. If your looking to mix up you're workout routine I would highly recommend you give the Hotworx at try. It's a quick 30 min and you feel like you were just at the gym doing an intense 2hr workout. Cannot say enough good things about this place. A+++ you should definitely give it a try.
Loved my gift session - love that there is a referral program that can help with membership fees. The Hot Worx infrared spa is my favorite! The owner is very knowledgeable, friendly and takes excellent care of you.
