I found out that a new resident got the washer and dryer (in suite) at what the called it reasonable time(before us who've been waiting for 9 months). So, I am not sure anymore about the list length.

The management of the building changed starting December 2016. According to the manager's announcement, the on-site management is still the same and the maintenance team is kept the same. The only change announced is how residents should make the checks payable to. The convenience fee for the online payment is kept the same 2.25% of the total amount due that is about $20 something on average.

$190 for a reserved one.

Saw an add stating " Leasing Special $300 off" Called in immediately and was told oh no we don't have those units available but I can check other units.

The building is downtown and about 15 minutes walk from CSU-Cleveland State University- I would not say that downtown Cleveland is somewhere to be excited about living at.

$185 (Updated at 4 March 17) a month for unreserved spot and

I moved out now (after over nine months of living in Statler Arms) to a place that is, unlike Staler Arms, worth the rent I pay for sure. Not better place but a place where my payments and my expectations met. Statler Arms apartments is not that clean and some features on the website are not as you would expect them to be in reality.

It is managed by a company other than the one managing the residential building: I believe it is AMPCO, aka, ABM.

The fact that it is very much a middle-eastern community has no connection to how bad the building is; it is dirty and smelly because of the poor maintenance and the beer drinking habits that the "middle-eastern people" in the building have nothing to do with.

Another falsely advertised feature is the parking. Yes, there is a parking attached to the building from the 7th floor down but it will cost a fortune to have a parking spot for a car. You got it right, it is not a free parking. It costs:

Update:

Love this apartment complex!! Also, everyone in the office was busy, but still so nice! Jackie helped give an awesome tour of the unit, rooftop, gym etc even though we didn't have an appointment. She answered all of our questions with a smile on her face and even gave us complimentary drink tickets (for coffee/tea/smoothies etc) for the awesome coffee shop located in the building. Very pleasant experience and I loved the newly renovated 1bd we viewed. Looking forward to moving in here soon. Thank you!!

The maintenance took forever to get to my apartment for things I noticed the very first day we moved in. They took between 13 and 17 days to respond to my claims.

I've been here for 4 months now and let me tell you I have 8 more to go. This place is not worth the rent they charge. Let me tell you that there was a cleanliness petition going around that got over 100 signatures because this place is filthy. First off this is a Middle Eastern living community which I don’t have a problem with but I wish I was aware of that when I signed my lease. Second, Management is awful. My window was broken for 2 months with multiple complaints but they never got around to it. Third, the place is very dirty. Currently on my floor there are trash juice marks on the floor that span two sides of the building. PLEASE do not sign a lease here it is not worth it and I wish someone would have told me that when I moved in.

The so-called "business office" is what's in front of the leasing office; a no-printer two disks and two computers, which do not work, room. And, no electricity in that room either, just giving the whole picture.

$200 application fee ($50 each person + $100 admin). You will later discover that their online advertised specials and incentives for new tenants won't apply to you as the terms and conditions are arbitrarily applied by their leasing staff. The hallways on the apartment floors all smell very strongly of food. You can easily hear your neighbors. If you aren't facing Euclid or 12th Streets, there isn't much natural light. The common areas were clean but carpeting and wallpaper were very worn. There are other, newer options downtown for the same price. Consider carefully before applying for the Statler Arms.

There was a robbery at about 8:30 pm; some one got into the building and dragged the ATM outside. At 8:30 pm the gates are key operated. When the gate is in the key-operated mood, a person can get in only if they have the key or they were able to sneak in while someone opens the gate.

Security is 24/7 and so as the mail claiming. Some security personnel, though, are not as present as others and a resident might have to go down to pick-up their delivery because the security is not at the gate. Must say that entering the building is easy at daytime but a person will need an electronic key to be able to use the elevator and to enter the building at nighttime.

The laundry rooms are in some floors like the4th, 7th and the 10th (the ones I am aware of); 3 washers and 3 dryers at each. $1.50 for the washer and the same for the dryer. Residents can ask for in-unit laundry but they will have to sign their names on a waiting list. Currently, it will take months.
