The nurses and staff are all friendly, but I'm required to visit multiple times a year for medically required shots/vaccinations for my job and I seem to encounter miscommunication more often than not with Concentra getting the results to my employer. I've been almost 3 months without my badge that I need for work due to my employer not receiving results ive tried multiple times to have sent. Friendly staff, but the communication of info could be better.
Wait time was about 1 hour, which was understandable because I was just a walk-in and they were pretty busy.

I was there for a Dot test. The place was so busy the manager had to take me for my physical. Not only was he professional but super nice and easy to talk too. I always get nervous when going to a doctor office. His personality calmed me down. After that the male Dr was very nice and answered my questions. I have many friends who are drivers, I will definitely recommend this place
280$ to send a urine sample to their lab (which never followed up with the results) and have a doctor come in to tell you that you should have a closer primary care physician. Insurance helped with it, but that's pretty astronomical considering the shoddy service. Maybe it's the free snacks in the waiting room.
My experience at Concentra was a very good one. The receptionist assured me I would be out of there within 40 minutes and she was correct. I found the staff to be very polite and professional. I was there for a job drug test. I highly recommend Concentra for your medical screening needs.
TL;DR - Avoid if you're going in for sickness.
Ironically, my symptoms weren't taken all too seriously and later that night I went to the hospital with a fever of 102.6 and a migraine that felt like somebody was sawing my brain half.
