I could never use a company that treats good employees so poorly. The owner is clueless to the horrible atmosphere and easy to fly off the handle. There is no communicating or reasoning with her or certain staff members. It demonstrates poor judgement and makes me question her ability to run a company, and whether the company is able to perform as promised. Cruel is probably too nice a term.
